Evan Middleton is a Vice President of the firm’s restructuring advisory business.
Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Middleton spent two years at Bowles Hollowell Conner (acquired by First Union Corp.) in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group.
Since joining Evercore, Mr. Middleton has focused on restructurings and corporate advisory work. He has been involved in numerous transactions, including advising Intellisync Corporation in its sale to Nokia, Flarion Technologies in its sale to Qualcomm, E*Trade in its acquisition of Harrisdirect, Ormet Corporation, Motient Corporation, and Lodgian Inc. in their in-court Chapter 11 proceedings, and New World Network and Evenflo Company in their out-of-court reorganizations, among others.
Mr. Middleton received a dual B.A. with distinction in Mathematics and Economics, with a minor in Japanese language, from the University of Virginia. |
