Practice
Mr. Borenstein is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department, based in New York. He has been with the Firm since 1998. Mr. Borenstein’s practice includes representation of U.S. and foreign clients in a broad range of corporate finance transactions including syndicated loans, asset securitizations, project financings and other secured and structured financings. Much of his recent finance experience has been in the transportation, technology, oil and gas, energy and industrial sectors, including in the context of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings representing both debtors and creditors. He also has represented clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and investment management, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Mr. Borenstein is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
