Eugenie Verrillo joined Cummings & Lockwood in 1989 and is counsel in the firm's Real Estate Group in the Greenwich office. She focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate including residential and commercial transactions, leasing, zoning, condominium law, construction and architect’s contracts. Eugénie received her B.A. in public policy and economics from Duke University, and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During her tenure at law school, she clerked for the Presidential Clemency Board and then with the General Counsel's Office of NASA. Following her graduation from law school, Eugénie joined the law firm of Senie, Stock & LaChance in Westport, Connecticut, where she became a partner in 1981. |
