Eugene (Gene) Haignere is Vice President and General Manager of Advanced Products & Design (AP&D), a provider of video and imaging systems and technologies and engineering and integration services supporting C4ISR, security and defense applications. Prior to L-3, Mr. Haignere was vice president of engineering at the Titan Corporation, AP&D division, having joined the company in 1998, with management responsibilities for all aspects of AP&D’s engineering, services and product development. Mr. Haignere has over 30 years of experience in DoD and commercial system development, business development and project, contract and corporate management. As an Officer and Board Member of a $40M privately held corporation doing SETA and product development for the DoD, Mr. Haignere shared responsibility for all aspects of financial, contract, engineering, legal, ethics, quality and business performance. Mr. Haignere has an M.A. in Physics from the University of California, Davis, a B.A. in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed Executive and Business Management programs at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and the Hass School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. |
