Mr. Fry brings over twenty years of IT experience, including four in healthcare software business development, to the company. His broad background encompasses system analysis/engineering, sales, field service and operations; yet his area of expertise is his proven ability to identify, plan and implement solutions for all types of business problems. His adaptability as a logistics manager working for small and large companies in the U.S. and other countries makes him a strong leader for SecureCARE Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Fry joined SecureCARE, on a contract basis, in 1999, to successfully plan and execute the company’s ASP web software and assist with operations. In 2000, he became Vice President of Business Development, and as such, identified and developed numerous key partner relationships and the IT requirements needed for interfacing with other software vendor platforms.
Since becoming the Vice President of Product and Technology Development, in 2004, Mr. Fry continues to develop strategic partnerships and technology alliances. He has also managed the development of the company’s new .Net application including design, functional requirements and database design. He established the selection process for development partners. He led the design of new system architecture; managed its RFP process; and selected and coordinated its implementation with the IT infrastructure partners, both in-house and in the company’s co-location facility. In addition, Mr. Fry’s other responsibilities include acting as the company’s patent custodian, handling ongoing competition assessment and leading the company from a HIPAA-compliance perspective.
Prior to joining SecureCARE, Mr. Fry spent several years designing and upgrading new technology for a major Austin-based engineering firm, Turner, Collie & Braden, Inc. As Engineering Systems Analyst from 1997 to 1999, he ensured that implementation was successfully coordinated throughout the organization’s multiple offices. Previously, he worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for three years, creating the Societies Anonymous company infrastructure needed for a U.S. affiliate (Pacific Atlantic Group) to distribute, market, and manufacture a vending machine product in Argentina and other Latin American countries. Earlier in his career, he worked for five years for eye care giant Bausch & Lomb as Field Services Manager, where he was in charge of 30 technicians in the Houston Instruments Division. Mr. Fry holds technical certifications in numerous protocols, operating systems, and software programs. He received his B. S. degree in Computer Science from Almeda University in Lakeland, Florida |
