Eugene Defelice is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. As a member of the senior management team, Gene leads the company’s legal function, as well as the corporate secretary’s office.
Previously, Gene was the founder of Novo Strategic Partners LLC, which provided business consulting services including legal services management, intellectual property, M&A, and governance services. Gene has previously served as the General Counsel of several public companies--- including Spacelabs Medical, Inc. which specialized in medical software, hardware and Internet technology--- and has over 20 years of broad legal experience. In addition to a Juris Doctorate, Gene also holds an MBA and has significant operational experience both domestically and internationally. |
