As Senior Vice President and CFO Mr. de Lannoy oversees all aspects of the business unit's Finance Human Resources and Supply Chain Management functions. Mr. de Lannoy joined the Philips Color Kinetics team in 2007 serving as Post Merger Integration Manger. In this role he designed led and monitored integration activities between Philips and the former Color Kinetics.
Mr. de Lannoy has been with Philips since 2002 serving in roles in the Netherlands Indonesia and the United States. His responsibilities have included financial management for Philips Automotive Lighting in North America Philips Lighting manufacturing plants in Asia and most recently controllership responsibility for all commercial operations of Philips Luminaires in Europe. He previously served as Senior Audit Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Mr. de Lannoy received an MS in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Control from Erasmus University of Rotterdam and received CMA and CFM certification from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. |
