Ms Etoile L. Pinder, M.S. attended St. Andrew’s School in Nassau where she graduated Valedictorian. Ms Pinder attended Dartmouth College, in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she completed an undergraduate degree in biochemistry and obtained an inter-disciplinary Master of Science Degree in the Evaluative Clinical Sciences with a focus on health policy and health economics.
Ms Pinder returned home to The Bahamas in 2002 and currently works as the Health Financing Specialist for the National Health Insurance Implementation Project. Ms Pinder is directly responsible for determining the projected annual budget for the National Health Insurance plan, and identifying the financing mechanisms required to reach those projections.
