Ethan practices primarily in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and securities law. Ethan has worked on several merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies and has experience advising clients in all aspects of entity formation, capital fund-raising, Exchange Act reporting, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
