Errol B. Taylor is a partner in Milbank's New York office, and specializes in litigation, patent interferences, and counseling regarding intellectual property transactions and licenses.
Mr. Taylor has more than 15 years experience in litigation and counseling on matters involving chemicals, chemical processes, biotechnology, industrial fibers, fabric dyes, computer software and business methods. He has served as lead trial counsel in complex pharmaceutical and chemical patent litigation, including numerous cases involving generic drug approvals and the Hatch-Waxman Act. In 2003, Mr. Taylor was named by The National Law Journal as one of the nation's top trial lawyers. In 2007 he was listed in Chambers USA as well as recommended in PLC Which Lawyers? for Intellectual Property.
Mr. Taylor has given lectures in the areas of litigation, interference procedure, damages and injunctions to various legal professional associations, including The American Bar Association; American Intellectual Property Law Association; Federal Circuit Bar Association; National Bar Association; New York Intellectual Property Law Association; and The Association of the Bar for the City of New York.
Mr. Taylor received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and his B.A. in Biology from the State University of New York at Oswego. |
