Ernie Arboles has over seven years of in-depth training and hands-on deployment of Six Sigma methodologies. He is a Certified Master Black Belt skilled in driving change through all levels of an organization by educating employees and executives on the value of continuous process improvement and quality enhancement programs. Ernie began an eleven-year career with NBC starting as a journalist and television broadcast executive, holding numerous leadership positions covering the Olympic Games, several elections, and national and local news stories. He was later promoted to Vice President of Quality where he introduced Six Sigma initiatives across an entire division of NBC. Here he spearheaded a number of cost saving and revenue generating projects and deployed Six Sigma to 300+ employees, developing the methodology and process for selecting, prioritizing and implementing quality improvement projects across the division. Most recently, Ernie led the planning and integration of three television stations in Los Angeles, producing the first English-Spanish co-located tri-opoly in the country. Ernie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and an MBA in Finance, Organizational Behavior, Marketing & Sales from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. |
