Ernest Robert is responsible for The Plasencia Group's Central Region, based in Little Rock, Arkansas. His primary focus is on the marketing of hotel properties in Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

He joined The Plasencia Group from Equitable Real Estate Investment Management where he spent 28 years, much of it as a Vice President for Hotel Asset Management.

Mr. Robert oversaw the management, operation, renovation, repositioning and disposition efforts for a portfolio of first-class hotels held by Equitable in its separate and general accounts. His $1.5-billion hotel portfolio included Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, Holiday Inn and Omni brands.

Mr. Robert is a graduate of the University of Houston.
