He has helped clients ranging from emerging to Fortune 500 fill CEO, COO, CFO, President, and other senior-level functional and business unit executive positions in North America, Europe, and Asia. In finding the successor to a founder/CEO for a $10 billion corporation, his placement successfully globalized the company. Another client leveraged Ernie’s assessment abilities in recruiting an EVP of Sales and Marketing with the potential for promotion. His candidate later assumed the CEO role and successfully drove the business and valuation to ultimately sell the company to a multi-national. Prior to joining CTPartners, Ernie was recruited to United States Can Company by the CEO of a recently acquired division. As part of a turnaround team in a fast-track management development program, he held roles of increasing responsibilities in sales, strategic marketing, operations, and M&A integration. Based in Columbia, Ernie earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Loyola College.
