He has 22 years experience in the music industry. He served as Sr. Vice President of Philly World Records, a distributed label under Atlantic Records, a division of Time Warner. He joined Alpha International Records, a division of a public company with a distribution agreement through Polygram Records, as a Sr. Vice President. He also founded and operated his own marketing company. In a two year period, the company was responsible for 25 gold and platinum artist projects for numerous major record companies, including Atlantic, Elektra, Sony, Warner and Island. His company worked with artists such as Kurupt, Anita Baker, Levert, Keith Sweat and The Whispers.
