Erinn Lopez practices in the area of commercial real estate transactions, with particular experience in the areas of acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, development and redevelopment of real property. She has significant experience in representing both public and private entities in real estate transactions. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Ms. Lopez was Senior Attorney with the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco and a real estate associate with the firm of Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco. Her experience includes the negotiation and documentation of commercial real estate property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, management, financing, and development and redevelopment matters; CC&Rs and related documents; establishment of community facilities districts; municipal bond issuances; negotiation and documentation of the real property aspects of Base Reuse And Closure transactions and related complex environmental and remediation issues; and public/private joint venture real estate matters. Ms. Lopez graduated from Stanford University in 1992 with a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Sociology with academic honors in the School of Education. She earned her law degree in 1997 from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. |
