Erin Johnson works as a generalist in executive search with specific expertise in marketing, sales, operations and human resources. Her clients range from manufacturers of commercial products and consumer package goods to retailers and high tech companies of varying size.
Ms. Johnson has over seven years of recruiting experience with the firm. She joined Bell Oaks in 2001 as an Executive Search Consultant in its sales and marketing practice. After three years, she was asked to assist the firm’s Managing Partner to aggressively grow and mature existing client relationships resulting in the most profitable annual team contribution in Bell Oaks’ history. In 2005, she was promoted to Associate Partner.
In addition to her time in executive search, Ms. Johnson served on the Board of the Bell Oaks Foundation, a nonprofit subsidiary founded in memoriam of Eric Eshleman (a Bell Oaks consultant who died of Marfans Syndrome in 2000). She planned and executed quarterly volunteer projects that allowed Bell Oaks employees to invest time and resources in local Atlanta communities.
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Ms. Johnson served in new business development for a start-up Internet company founded by the originator of Headhunter.net. Initially, she began her professional career in advertising and marketing. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts with dual degrees in Communications and Music from Furman University in Greenville, SC. |
