Erin is the friendly voice on the phone, and the first contact point people have with Epic Search Partners. She is therefore, the first screening process. Not only does Erin act as a filter, she has also developed super human skills as the eyes, ears, and the backbone to this seamless crew. Erin successfully assists the entire Epic Search Partners team with all of their recruiting and research needs. When a search has proven to be difficult, Epic turns to Erin for her tenacious approach to a challenge. I’m good at finding the hidden nooks-n-crannies on the internet, and this ability helps us all stay one step ahead of the game.
