Erik Tiller has served as chairman of StreamServe Inc., since the formation of Streamserve Inc., in 1997, and works closely with management on both strategic and financial matters. Mr. Tiller has been instrumental in attracting top global talent to the board, which has developed strategies to enable the company to deliver continuous growth since its inception. Mr. Tiller is the co-founder and managing partner of Amerscan Capital Management Ltd. He is also a director of StreamServe DS LLC and StreamServe North America Inc., each wholly owned subsidiaries of the company. Prior to Streamserve, Mr. Tiller was the key investor and helped develop companies such as Aventura (NYSE: CA), Seatex (OBX: KOG), Norman Data (OBX: NORMAN), Dolphin (NASDAQ: SUNW), Viking Telecom (OMX: VIKT), and Pharmasoft (NASDAQ: PFWD). Mr. Tiller serves on the board of directors of The Collins Family Charitable Foundation. He holds a degree in business administration and international management from California Lutheran University.
