Erik Terreri is a Vice President with Competition Policy Associates. Mr. Terreri served as the designated expert on an antitrust case addressing allegations of tying and exclusionary conduct in the software industry. He has over fourteen years experience conducting economic, public policy, statistical, and financial analyses for clients engaged in antitrust litigation and regulatory proceedings. His litigation work addresses issues relating to monopoly, mergers, tying, class certification, and damages modeling. His regulatory experience has included preparing analyses of market conditions for large telecommunications firms in both the US and Mexico. His public policy work has included statistical analyses of existing and proposed legislative changes and the preparation of advisory papers for legislative implementation. Mr. Terreri has significant technological expertise in information systems and database management. Prior to joining COMPASS, Mr. Terreri worked as an associate with LECG and a Senior Economist with AES Consulting. Mr. Terreri completed his graduate studies at the California Institute of Technology. |
