Erik Petrik joined Premiere Global Services as Chief People Officer in 2006. He is responsible for guiding the professional development and personal growth of every associate at the Company.
Petrik has more than twenty years experience, in the U.S. and abroad, teaching and providing directional guidance to help people evaluate and improve their effectiveness in the marketplace, in personal relationships, and in community involvement.
Mr. Petrik possesses a clear vision and dedicated passion for equipping men and women to develop character and leadership skills through study and practice, identifying their greatest gifts, individual strengths and strategic developmental steps at crucial stages in their lives and careers.
Prior to joining Premiere Global, Petrik served as Director with the Center for Christian Leadership at the Dallas Theological Seminary, creating development programs for business and ministry leaders.
Mr. Petrik earned his BA at the University of Colorado and his ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife live in Austin, Texas with their five children. |
