Erik Jordan joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2006 as a member of the Special Situations Advisory Group. Erik has over 15 years of M&A and corporate finance experience advising both distressed and healthy companies, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, equity holders, and other constituents. Erik's distressed company experience includes in-court and out-of-court restructurings across many industry sectors. Past Chapter II advisory roles include Napster, Bike, Pillowtex, Second Chance Body Armor, Archibald Candy, and Bridge Technology.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Erik was a Director at Trenwith Securities, LLC where he executed numerous M&A and corporate finance transactions for distressed and healthy companies. Prior to Trenwith, he served as a senior adviser with KPMG's Structured Finance Group. Erik also held several senior management positions at Harlan Brown & Co., Inc. and performed M&A and other strategic advisory services to a client base of leading Fortune 500 companies such as 3M, Rubbermaid, B.F. Goodrich, Milliken & Co., S.C. Johnson and Alcan.
Erik has authored and been quoted in numerous financial publications, including The Daily Deal, Corporate Financing Week, The Secured Debt Report, and Institutional Investor.
Erik Jordan holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, California and a B.A. from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. |
