Mr. Morrison’s practice focuses on a variety of commercial and business litigation matters. He has drafted and successfully argued motions in both state and federal court, including applications for writs of possession and has taken and defended numerous percipient and expert depositions. He has experience in managing massive electronic document review and productions while overseeing a team of junior associates. He has experience with jury trials, including preparation of motions in limine, voir dire questionnaires, jury instructions, exhibit lists, opening and closing arguments and witness examination outlines. He has drafted complaints, answers, written discovery requests and responses, expert disclosures, motions for summary judgment, trial briefs, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements. Alternative Dispute Resolution Mr. Morrison has participated in settlement conferences and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution. Intellectual Property Mr. Morrison has managed international and domestic trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as worldwide trademark clearance and registration for major computer manufacturer. Judgment Enforcement Mr. Morrison is experienced in post-judgment enforcement actions. |
