Ericka Harper Snyder represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes ranging from breach of contract to unfair and deceptive trade practices to products liability litigation. Her clients have included major companies involved in pharmaceutical manufacturing, telecommunications and electric power production.
Ericka also has extensive pro bono experience, including actively representing plaintiffs as trial counsel in a civil rights and fair housing class action litigation and in representing victims of domestic violence in obtaining and enforcing restraining orders in district, probate and superior courts. Her trial experience includes being appointed as a Special Prosecutor for the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, where she tried a variety of criminal cases in state district court.
During law school, Ericka served as a law clerk for The Honorable Ralph Gants of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Prior to law school, she completed first-year coursework and field placement for a Master's Degree in Social Work (Social Policy and Planning).
