Mr. Ramsey joined Encore in 2005 through the acquisition of Ascension Capital Group. As the founder and current President and General Manager of Ascension, Mr. Ramsey leads the company’s bankruptcy servicing division.
Mr. Ramsey received his Bachelor's Degree and Law Degree from Baylor University in Texas, has published various handbooks pertaining to bankruptcy, real estate and tax law, and has lectured at the State Bar of Texas offering Continuing Legal Education courses. Mr. Ramsey is admitted to practice law in many United States District Courts, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas. |
