Examples of Erica's recent representative matters include:
Representing institutional lenders in connection with real estate financing transactions including conduit, mezzanine and permanent financing with a particular emphasis in hospitality financing.
Representing purchasers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, including hotels, office buildings and multi-family residential properties.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Erica was an associate with a New York-based law firm, where she focused on real estate financing, leasing and development. She drafted, analyzed and negotiated commercial leases, including office, retail, ground and net leases, on behalf of the landlords and tenants. While there, she was selected to work in the Commercial Mortgage Group for one of the firm's major clients. |
