Eric Salmon founded Eric Salmon & Partners in 1990 after spending 20 years with Egon Zehnder International (10 years as Partner in charge of the Italian market, and 10 as Senior Partner in charge of Western Europe : France, Italy, UK, Spain and Portugal). He previously worked for five years with the Degrémont Group (Water Treatment) in France, Italy and the United States.

Widely regarded as one of the leading executive search consultants for CEO searches in Europe, Eric has conducted searches for Executives at very senior level in the following areas : industry, automotive, services, consumer goods, retail and luxury goods, consulting firms. To this day, he is an active consultant, developing key client relationships and managing a full search load.

A French national, Eric holds an Engineering Degree from the Institut Electrotechnique in Grenoble, and is fluent in French, Italian and English.
