Mr. Rosenfeld has served as the general partner of Crescendo Partners, L.P., a New York-based investment firm, since November 1998. Mr. Rosenfeld also currently serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Arpeggio Acquisition Corporation. In addition, he serves on the Boards of CPI Aerostructures, Inc., as Chairman; and as Director at Sierra Systems Inc. and Emergis Inc.
