Eric comes to Blue Dot Solutions to lead all service management and development activities for the continued growth and success of our mNOW! Mobile Framework and license agreements. This while establishing sound software practices for exceeding client expectations and enabling Blue Dot in continuing to successfully grow globally and within the multichannel access gateway market.
Eric’s engagements prior to joining Blue Dot include being a founder and executive of a California based software company where he led a Product Development and Project Office group. Further experience includes Senior Global Project Management with both Reuters and Triad Financial, a former subsidiary of Ford Motor Credit. Over 12 years experience in the software and service management space, Eric has worked closely with companies like Oracle, PeopleSoft and Visa International. Eric also holds a Bachelors of Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has obtained PMP, CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner) and ITIL (Service Management) certifications. |
