I was nervous about joining a larger company, but Skender immediately made me a part of their team. From the orientation on my first day to the quarterly company meetings, I feel well informed of every facet of the company’s business. Working my way from Union Carpenter to Cost Analyst, and now Carpentry Manager has been an unconventional path, but Skender has put the knowledge I have gained from working in the field combined with my college background to good use. My first year at Skender has been exciting and I look forward to many more. |
