Eric Lunde is a vice president in the real estate finance team of the investment banking group at Piper Jaffray. Lunde's primary focus is on long-term care and elderly housing finance for clients nationwide. Lunde originates bond and loan transactions with all types of credit enhancements, senior and subordinate structures and tax credit equity. Lunde has also been involved in industrial development and acute care hospital financing.
Prior to joining Piper Jaffray in 1999, Lunde spent nearly eight years financing a variety of senior living and acute care facilities. Lunde earned a bachelor's degree in financial management from Hope College, Michigan, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota with a concentration in financial management. |
