Eric Jillard leads Proxicom’s Strategic Services practice, focusing on strategic planning, analytics, and optimization. Eric offers more than twelve years of experience with interactive solutions, primarily in the automotive, financial services, and travel industries. His project experience with Proxicom includes strategic and account leadership roles on projects for Subaru, Volkswagen of America, Volkswagen Credit, Mercedes-Benz, DaimlerChrysler Capital, Chase Automotive Finance, Renault, and others. Prior to joining Proxicom in 1999, Eric led the Internet Business Development team at Mercedes-Benz Credit. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Eric led the deployment of multiple web sites and applications for MBCC’s US operating businesses. Eric was also instrumental in the conception and launch of DCX’s pioneering direct automotive lending web site, while serving on the global e-business steering committee. Before MBCC, Eric founded the Interactive Marketing department at the Hertz Corporation, managing the entire Internet marketing function. At Hertz, Eric deployed successful web site applications for the rental car division as well as Hertz Car Sales and Hertz Equipment Rental. Prior to Hertz, Eric spent five years with the American Express Company in Delaware and Arizona, working in client management with the line of credit and corporate card product lines. He holds a Master of International Management (MIM) degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. |
