Eric Heine, Integra's Vice President of CRM consulting, is an experienced professional services executive whose focus is helping clients develop and implement Customer Relationship Management strategies that successfully unite customer data, business processes, and enabling technology to optimize the customer experience, and maximize the value of each customer as an asset to the corporation. Over the course of his 15+ year career, Mr. Heine has held a variety of director and executive level positions, in which he has built and led successful CRM consulting practices for Big 5 and regional consulting organizations, in the process leading over 30 CRM projects, including a dozen sales, service, and marketing automation implementation projects, and over 20 CRM strategy, diagnostic, roadmap, and technology selection projects. Mr. Heine's direct industry experience includes Manufacturing, Distribution, Consulting and Professional Services, and he has additionally served clients in Aerospace, Communications, Entertainment, High Tech, and Financial Services. In addition to Mr. Heine's CRM consulting experience, he has held management positions in marketing, product development, and information technology, and was founder and CEO of an executive search and staffing firm focused on the consulting and professional services industry. Over the course of his career, Mr. Heine has worked with many leading CRM applications, such as Siebel, Aurum, Vantive, Clarify, Pivotal, Onyx, Kana, and SugarCRM, and has been certified in Siebel, and several others. |
