Mr. Hartz has more than 20 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur with global operations in the financial and technology industries. He was a founding member, president and board director of Security First Network Bank, the world's first Internet bank, and today known as S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE). He served as CEO and board director of ZapMedia, a digital entertainment and convergence company, and with McKinsey and Company, Inc. He serves as a board director of LAVA Group, LLC, a leading intellectual property investment bank, as a board director of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service, and is a founding director of Midtown Bank and Trust. Mr. Hartz holds an MBA from Wharton Business School with distinction, and degrees in economics and chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania |
