Mr. Gross is the Regional Executive Director for Erickson Retirement Communities. He has been with Erickson for more than 12 years and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Erickson communities in the mid-Atlantic region and in Illinois. Prior to taking on these responsibilities, Mr. Gross spent two years as the Senior Vice President of Community Operations, two years as the Regional Vice President for the mid-Atlantic region, four years as the Executive Director for Oak Crest in Parkville, Maryland, and a year as the Associate Executive Director of Oak Crest. Before joining Erickson, Mr. Gross spent ten years in the health care division of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), where he implemented the first centralized national account processing system. This system processed health care claims for General Motors, AT&T, Kmart, and more than 300 other geographically dispersed businesses. He graduated with honors from the University of California at San Diego with degrees in management science and psychology. |
