Eric Grimshaw joined ONEOK Inc. in May 2002 and currently holds the position of vice president corporate secretary and associate general counsel.
Previously he was a partner with Pray Walker Jackman Williamson & Marlar and served as vice president general counsel and secretary at Syntroleum Corporation. Grimshaw is a past president and past chairman of the Tulsa Opera board of directors and is an executive committee member. He is also a past chairman for the Junior Achievement of Greater Tulsa and serves on the executive committee. He was co-chairman of the "Exchange City" building committee. He is secretary of the Oklahoma Alliance of Manufacturing Excellence.
He is a member of the American Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations and he is a member of Corporate Secretaries and National Investor Relations Institute. He is also the vice chairman of the Oklahoma Investment Forum.
A Tulsa native Grimshaw earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado and received his juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1977. |
