As Executive Vice President Chief Information Officer and a member of BearingPoint’s executive leadership team Eric Goldfarb directs BearingPoint's worldwide information technology team and oversees the company's capital technology investments strategy and services. Mr. Goldfarb has more than 20 years of experience in uniting management and technology. As a recognized leader in the discipline of applying IT to business needs he has co-authored and published several books and numerous articles in the field. He has also been recognized by ComputerWorld magazine as one of the business world's "Premier 100 IT Leaders." Before joining BearingPoint in April 2006 he served as executive vice president and Chief Information Officer at PRG-Schultz International where he was responsible for directing the worldwide information technology team. Prior to that Mr. Goldfarb served as CIO of Global Knowledge Inc. where he provided leadership for the company's worldwide technology group. He also served as Vice President CIO/CTO for Macmillan USA (a division of Viacom and then Pearson PLC) as well as CIO for Elder Beerman Stores Corporation and in several IT executive roles within the Limited Inc. Mr. Goldfarb holds a bachelor's degree from The University of Michigan. |
