Eric Geisler is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc. Mr. Geisler joined SunAmerica in 1992 and is responsible for all financial matters including financial modeling, partnership and investor accounting, and partnership tax filings for the Partnerships. Prior to joining SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, Inc., he was Controller/Treasurer of Associated Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for accounting, investor reporting, tax filings and SEC reporting for over 650 limited partnerships with over 11,000 investors. These limited partnerships owned 350 apartment complexes consisting of approximately 48,000 apartment units. Mr. Geisler is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
