A Magna Cum Laude graduate from the College of Journalism at the University of Maryland, Eric has over 15 years experience in the staff-augmentation and IT consulting business. Eric started his career with Temps & Company where he spent 7 years learning all facets of the business. Following Temps & Co, Eric spent another 7 years with Registry/ Renaissance, an IT consulting firm, as Vice President of Business Development leading his team to over $70M in revenue. Prior to joining The Squires Group, Eric spent two years starting up a healthcare staffing business. At The Squires Group, Eric is responsible for all aspects of operations including managing the sales, business development, and recruiting efforts, and streamlining internal processes. Eric also participates in The Squires Group's structural decisions, scope, strategic planning and forecasting efforts. |
