Eric Fleckles has been working in the technology field for over 10 years. He joined the Goodsill team in February, 1999 as a Systems Engineer/Administrator, and in 2004 was promoted to Manager of Information Technology. Eric provides leadership and direction for the firm’s technology initiatives and manages a staff of five extremely talented technology professionals who provide support and training for the entire firm. Eric keeps the firm on the cutting edge of technology. Over the course of his tenure, he has successfully lead several critical infrastructure migration projects, such as upgrading to a Windows 2003 Domain structure, migrating the firm’s document management system to Interwoven Worksite, and implementing a comprehensive network-based document imaging system. Prior to joining Goodsill, Eric was the principal of Digital Medicine a healthcare technology consulting company, where among other things he designed an innovative prototype of the electronic patient care data collection system for a SMCO EMS contract renewal. Prior to that, Eric was the Information Technology Director for MedTrans, Northern California region, where he was instrumental in developing their core technology infrastructure, and migrating their Emergency Medical Dispatch center off of a legacy system to a state of the art platform designed to handle all of the region’s emergent and non-emergent transportation needs. Other career experiences he has ventured into range from wholesale art gallery manager, to EMT supervisor, to Ranch-hand/Dairyman. Always looking for ways to expand his diverse knowledge base, Eric is constantly seeking out new challenges. In his spare time, Eric enjoys hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and just about anything outdoor related. He also enjoys reading and learning about new technology. |
