Eric Fiedler is the Asia-Pacific Leader for HR Consulting and Integration.
Eric's current responsibilities include leading the Hewitt Consulting business in Asia, managing the market groups within the region, and ensuring clients benefit from Hewitt's solutions and services. In addition, he consults with major organizations throughout the region on a variety of HR issues to help solve their challenges. His insight and understanding of serving clients operating in diverse cultures has helped Hewitt to establish a leading presence in China and throughout the region.
He first joined Hewitt as a Business Developer in 1995 and stayed in that role for two years. He then moved on to lead the Compensation Practice in China. After three years, Eric took over leadership of the Greater China business, including both the Consulting and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) groups.
An active member and recent Governor of the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce, Eric is also active in the Shanghai Sunrise charity group for underprivileged children.
He holds a BS in aeronautical engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Denver.
