Mr. Doering has served as General Counsel of the Company since September 2005. Prior to joining Tiens, Mr. Doering was general counsel for Campbell Gray Hotels, a hotel management company based in London, England. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Doering was an associate and subsequently a partner (from 2001 to 2003) in the London office of the U.S. law firm Brobeck Hale and Dorr (now Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr). Mr. Doering represented companies, venture capital firms and investment banks in cross-border corporate finance transactions, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings on Nasdaq and several European stock exchanges. Mr. Doering received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center. |
