Eric joined WDD in early 2008. He started his career as a Software Engineer and as the first employee for a startup distributed computing company. From there he moved into senior rolls with a contracting company as well as a large national sports apparel retailer. Eric graduated from Ball State University. Eric has experience with several languages but gets excited about all things .Net, especially C#. Eric regularly attends .Net events and is usually up on the latest offerings by Microsoft. Eric really enjoys the low level side of things like multi-threading, networking, and algorithm design. Eric has been married to his wife Erin since 1996. They have a son Ethan who shares Eric’s passion for video games. The three enjoy life in the country and have a few acres far away from large city life. Like a few others at WDD, Eric is a life-long percussionist. When not at a computer or gaming console, Eric can be found playing, reading about, or watching poker. Eric always has cards and chips with him and is ready for a game anytime. |
