Mr. Christoffersen served as Senior Manager - Customer Service at Yellow Book USA from May 2002 until December 23, 2005. While at Yellow Book USA Mr. Christoffersen was responsible for the development and growth of enterprise wide customer relationship management. Prior to joining Yellow Book USA, Mr. Christoffersen served as Manager - Service Delivery and Senior Project Manager - Customer Service at McLeodUSA . Mr. Christoffersen has been involved in customer service, service delivery and service implementation management for the past six years. A native of Iowa, Mr. Christoffersen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Beloit College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. |
