Responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Openfirst.
Eric became Vice President of Sales for Openfirst in August 2007, a role that complements his additional responsibilities as Quad/Graphics' Vice President of Sales for Direct Marketing. Quad/Graphics is Openfirst's parent company.
Eric coordinates the sales activities among Openfirst and Quad/Graphics divisions QuadDirect Marketing and QuadData Solutions to provide marketers everywhere with comprehensive direct mail communications solutions.
As Quad/Graphics' Vice President of Sales for Direct Marketing, he is responsible for strengthening Quad/Graphics' industry leading 1-to-1 marketing capabilities and ensuring they are applied across all ink-on-paper product lines, including direct mail.
Eric has additional experience creating print communications that speak to individuals through his involvement with QuadData Solutions, Quad/Graphics' division that supports clients' marketing objectives and strategies by improving the quality of their data.
Eric, who was named Quad/Graphics Vice President of Sales for Direct Marketing in March 2007, started with Quad/Graphics in 1986 as a Finishing technician and rapidly advanced to a machine operator before becoming a lead person and then a manager in 1993. Actively involved with the company's direct mail operations since 1994, he focused on technology development before being named Corporate Director of QuadDirect Marketing, a cross-platform consulting group, in 2001. QuadDirect Marketing offers customized solutions - ranging from the creative use of inserts and/or personalization to alternative products such as paperwraps and laser imaging - for meeting the marketing goals of publishers, catalogers, retailers and other types of direct response marketers. |
