Eric Bjelland started his real estate career at CB Commercial in 1988 and joined United Properties, the predecessor to NorthMarq Investment Services, in 1993. He has almost 20 years experience in selling retail, industrial, and net lease investment properties. In that time period, he has sold more than $1 billion in assets. He serves as the president of two LLCs that own retail assets valued at more than $10 million. He has also owned multi-tenant office/warehouse property. Eric is on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and has been the featured speaker on the investment market at the annual MSCA Research Symposium each year since 1993 as well as a contributing speaker for NAIOP and CCIM. Eric is an active member of his church, serves as Pack Chair for his son’s Cub Scout Pack, coaches youth sports and participates in fund raising for the ALS Minnesota Chapter. He graduated from DePauw University in 1988 is married and has five children. |
