Eric leads Fuscoe Engineering’s San Diego office with a focus on feasibility analysis, design concept development, project definition, and entitlement approvals. Eric applies his ability to read terrain and quickly anticipate obstacles not only to land development projects, but also to his passion for racing off-road motorcycles, which he shares with his family at every available opportunity. With over twenty-five years of engineering experience in Southern California, Eric is directing the engineering design for commercial, industrial, residential, and public works projects, such as Merriam Mountains, a proposed master-planned community in North County, the Imperial Valley Mall, Border Field State Park, and the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa. His weekend warrior off-road activities energize his approach to assignments and has enabled him to lead projects with confidence, adeptness, and a thirst for the finish line. |
