Eric is a Managing Director and Regional Finance & Accounting Practice Leader of the Xperianz Midwest Practice with concentration in the Greater Dayton marketplace. He has 20 years diverse business experience in both corporate and consulting environments, founded in finance & accounting. For the past six years, Eric successfully led the Midwest business development expansion for two management consulting firms, serving Fortune 500 clients in the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and consumer goods sectors. With an extensive background in banking, Eric has also served as a Director of Product Management for a super-regional financial services corporation. He began his career on the audit staff of Coopers & Lybrand. Having held a number of management positions in industry, and managing a multi-billion dollar product portfolio, Eric has real-world insights into pricing, profitability and program management. This broad business experience has allowed him to assist clients in identifying growth and efficiency opportunities along their value chains.
