Eric Siegrist serves as vice president leasing of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company. Mr. Siegrist joined Crescent in 2004. As vice president leasing Mr. Siegrist is responsible for leasing 1.8 million square feet which includes Datran Center I/II in the Dadeland/Kendall submarket; Miami Center located in Miami ’s central business district; The Alhambra and the BAC-Colonnade both located in the Coral Gables submarket.
Mr. Siegrist joined Crescent as vice president leasing in November 2004 having begun his career in commercial real estate with Jones Lang LaSalle in August 1998.
Mr. Siegrist holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy he served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force for seven years completing tours of duty as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Launch Officer Recruiting Officer and Pentagon Staff Officer. Mr. Siegrist is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida. He was inducted into the Jones Lang LaSalle Club in 2000 and 2003 for performance among the top 5% of his peers and was the Florida region’s 2000 nominee for Marketer of the Year the firm’s highest award for leasing professionals. In 2002 Mr. Siegrist was the firm’s top-producing broker in the Southeast Region and in 2003 became Florida’s highest revenue producer for the third time in four years. |
