Eric R. Howell holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, a role to which he was appointed in November 2004. Prior to this appointment, he had been serving as Vice President of Finance and Controller. He joined Signature in 2000 as Vice President and Controller. Additionally, Howell has been serving as Chief Financial Officer of Signature Securities Group, the Bank's licensed broker-dealer and investment adviser since inception. Prior to joining Signature, Howell was Controller at BlueStone Capital Partners, L.P. and its Trade.com division. Howell also was an Associate Managing Director at Republic National Bank of New York, which he joined in 1992. At Republic National Bank, Howell served as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank's retail brokerage and insurance subsidiaries. |
