Experience
Eric Appleton is an experienced real estate attorney who has represented real property owners and community associations throughout Florida. Mr. Appleton has significant experience assisting officers, directors and managers of residential condominiums, homeowners associations and country clubs with corporate operations. Mr. Appleton has worked with real property owners and community associations in Florida to resolve complex disputes with residents, lenders, insurance carriers, neighboring property owners, vendors and developers at mediation, arbitration and trial. In addition, Mr. Appleton has experience with residential condominium and county club construction projects and development.

Mr. Appleton is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Mr. Appleton has frequently appeared as a lecturer at various events sponsored by the Community Associations Institute and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. |
